| The Associate Director of the Student Strengths Coaching Program in the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being is responsible for leading a peer education program for undergraduate students. The Associate Director works with all aspects of the Strengths Student Coaching Program, including program development, recruitment and selection, student development, assessment and evaluation, budget management, supervision (40 students and a wage employee), and marketing. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Associate Director also contributes to university-wide strengths education for students, faculty, and staff. |

| The Nursing Academic Programs Clinical Readiness and Regulatory Compliance Manager serves as a pivotal leader within the School of Nursing, ensuring that students meet clinical readiness requirements and that clinicals for prelicensure academic programs maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards. This role supports clinical placement processes, oversees compliance operations, coordinates with academic program leadership, and liaises with clinical partners to maintain program excellence and integrity. The role works collaboratively with academic leaders to support the integration of clinicals, simulation and immersive technologies for experiential learning for professional practice across nursing curricula. |
