Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains Dining Room/assist with Service Areas' cleaning and appearance
- Insures and stocks clean napkins, flatware, glassware, salt and peppers, and table media
- Cleans tabletops, chairs, booths, picks up trash, and vacuums carpet areas
- Works with sanitizer chemical to sterilize contact areas in dining rooms
- Spot clean glass and windows when required
- Follows Best Food Practices Safety Policies
- Correctly uses and maintains all equipment provided to complete tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, including removal of all jewelry
- Hairnets and beard restraints are also a requirement in our food preparation areas
- Incumbents should have an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn new skills, high degree of integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
