Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
The UND Department of Accountancy is seeking a Dept. Office Assistant. The person in this role will interact with students, faculty, staff, and occasionally assist the academic advisors.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Staff the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to the students, staff, faculty, alumni, and prospective students and their families
- Answer phone calls
- schedule student appointments
- Collaborate with faculty and staff on projects
- Scanning and copying documents for faculty
- Organize files and office supplies
- Shred old documents
- Distribute mail
- Assisting faculty with administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned - (Essential)

Minimum Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service experience

- Available to work 10 - 15 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
