Salary/Position Classification
- $21,500 annual, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 20 hours per week during the 2025-26 Academic Year
- This position will work onsite.
Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. The LEADS Graduate Assistant plays a critical role collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting on data and information related to UND’s strategic plan.
Duties & Responsibilities
- LEADS Activity Data Collection and Management
- Monitor new activity submissions and update LEADS Activity Inventory
- Identify trends and patterns in activity information
- Revise and improve activity dashboard’s appearance and usability
- Develop approaches for understanding and contextualizing activities within the larger LEADS implementation framework
- LEADS Outcome Data Collection and Management
- Engage in ongoing data gathering for LEADS outcome metrics
- Create tools and approaches (e.g., dashboards or other types of information summaries) for visualizing and holistically understanding LEADS outcome metrics
- Assist in identifying new possibilities for LEADS outcome metrics
- Data Tracking & Analysis
- Analyze LEADS data through visualizations or the application of standard data analysis techniques
- Create strategies for tracking LEADS data over time to identify trends
- Data Summarizing & Reporting
- Assist in the creation of dashboards, reports, summaries, and presentations on LEADS implementation efforts
- Provide data or data summaries to individuals and offices across campus to assist their LEADS implementation efforts
Required Competencies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with students and UND employees from across the institution.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral student in higher education or other closely related program
- Experience with analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
