Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned tasks regarding UAS data collection for bridge evaluation and construction monitoring
  • The position will require in state travel, flying UAS, mixing and breaking concrete samples, and constructing small-scale infrastructure

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student at UND (graduate students can apply)
  • Must commit time between 10 and 20 hours per week for UAS data collection and analysis
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
  • The successful candidate must have at least one of the following technical competencies:
    • Ability to become a UAS pilot or have a UAS license
    • Proper technical communication, teamwork, and collaboration
