- $15 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists with planning and facilitating assigned cross-cultural events
- Assist with facilitation of student trainings, workshops, and presentation requests
- Assist professional staff with assigned administrative tasks and projects
Minimum Requirements

- Demonstrate an understanding and application of intersectionality
- Recognize and actively address own biases and privileges
- Know DEI definitions - the language of DEI
- Exhibit a service-oriented attitude by focusing on helping students succeed at UND
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with creating social media content, flyers, and video content
- Demonstrate organizational skills, problem solving, and multitasking
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
- Responsible and dependable
- Must maintain a 2.75 grade point average (GPA)
- Positive attitude and creates a welcoming environment
- Reports to work as scheduled and on time
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and respectful manner while appreciating the talents of people across multiple identities, including: race, creed, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, disability, veteran or military status
- Ability to communicate and work well with a diverse staff and student population
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
