Salary/Position Classification
- $14.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefitted position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired into this position. Unsolicited applications to this position will NOT be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting software issues and installing new software
- Troubleshooting hardware issues and installing new hardware
- Perform scheduled maintenance on PCs and servers
- Other IT tasks as requested by EERC IT staff members. - (Essential)
Minimum Requirements
- Major in Information Systems or Computer Science is required
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
- IT support experience, including installing and troubleshooting software and hardware preferred.
- Able to work independently and part of a team.
- Be a motivated, self-starter.
- Communicate well with end-users.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and/or similar tools such as Google Workspaces (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
