Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
The Center for Innovation (CFI) seeks student Interns to help lead event and facilities coordination. This CFI's working hours are 8AM - 5:00PM
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk of the facility, including answering phones/emails and directing questions to the appropriate staff
- Manage the booking process for events in the facility
- Ensure set-up and take-down for all events in the facility; assist with move-in, move-out of members; assist with technology as needed
- Provide general assistance to the IT & Operations Supervisor
- Assist with various Project Management and related tasks including managing Monday boards, creating plans and processes, assisting with grant management, and helping create operational efficiencies
Minimum Requirements
- Punctuality, ability to have a set work schedule of 10-20 hours/week
- Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills
- Experience with basic office equipment
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
