Salary/Position Classification

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position


To support and advance research initiatives in the fields of computer networks, communication systems, and cybersecurity by helping with innovative projects
development, and active contribution to ongoing research projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop manuscripts focused on computer networks, communication systems, and cybersecurity. 
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and develop new ideas for collaborations and research initiatives in the relevant areas. 
  • Assist in the preparation of research findings. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and programming languages.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
