Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide campus tours for prospective students and families, high school students, and other groups as assigned.
- Provide VIP tours as requested/ assigned for visiting guests, industry partners, alumni, and/or distinguished guests and dignitaries.
- Assist with special events such as career/college shows/expos and other college sponsored events as needed.
- Assisting visitors to the Dean’s Office. Answering phone calls, emails, etc.
- Checking in all appointments to the Dean’s Office as well as the Aerospace Success Center.
- Assist with other duties and organization as they arise. - (Essential)
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum second semester student enrolled in one of the academic departments within the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Studies.
- Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester.
- Attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with various groups of individuals in a tour setting.
- Good organizational skills.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Sophomore status preferred.
