Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. The purpose of this position is to provide instructional support for ENGR 340 during Spring 2026 semester, which serves approximately 90–100 students enrolled both on campus and online. The student will assist in percept assignment evaluation and grading of group report projects. Renewal for future semesters may be considered based on performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Grade approximately one homework assignment per week for up to 100 students.
- Provide grading and feedback for percept assignments and group project case study reports.
- Assist in managing group project processes throughout the semester.
- Communicate with the course instructor to ensure grading consistency and timely feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to be quickly responsive and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Applicants should have experience working on group projects.
- Preference will be given to graduate students in engineering
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
