Salary/Position Classification

• $25 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 19 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No

Purpose of Position

To help complete experiments required for a project

Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in research activities in the Dhasarathy and Brissette laboratories including conducting experiments. Perform research involving biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, and cell biology approaches.
• Bioinformatics 

Required Competencies

• Experience in Sequencing technologies including ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq
• Experience in R

Minimum Requirements

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree
• Bench techniques: electrophoresis, PCR, analysis of RNA and DNA, protein extraction, western blot, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence/ immunohistochemistry
• Expertise in bioinformatics analysis of sequencing data
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
