Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Errand runs such as delivering mail from airport to campus and back to airport
- Greet customers
- Answer phones
- Clerical support to administrative staff
- Inventorying
- Minor cleaning
- Safety inspections
- Post weekly room schedules
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Shuttle from airport to administration building
Required Competencies
- Hard-working, mature, and detail oriented
- Self-motivated and can work well with out supervision
- Responsible and reliable
- Must be able to also maintain confidentiality.
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the airport is a must (shuttle is available)
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience computers, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office programs Word, Power Point, and Excel. .
- Customer service experience
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Aviation Major.
- Previous office experience.
- Good driving ability.
