| The James Madison University Libraries seeks applicants for a full-time Library Finance Specialist to support the Dean’s Office. The position will coordinate and oversee fiscal activities for a complex set of Libraries Non-Personal Services (NPS) budgets, Foundation accounts, and any grants administered through Libraries. This position will also support the work of Libraries by ensuring fiscal practices are consistent, ensure compliance with all applicable state and university procurement and fiscal control policies and procedures, meet reporting requirements in service of Libraries and university needs and priorities, and support administrative decision-making through budget forecasting and analysis of trends.
The successful candidate will join an administrative team of dedicated professionals offering centralized support to the broader JMU Libraries organization. As a member of the highly collaborative Libraries Admin team, this position will participate in cross-training and back-up of critical core responsibilities.
