Job Summary/Basic Functions
The University of Mary Washington, a Division III member of the NCAA is seeking qualified applicants for the position of UMW Women's Rugby Recruitment Coordinator/Coach. The Recruitment Coordinator/Coach will be responsible for areas within the women's rugby program including, but not limited to, recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes, monitoring grades, academic progress and conduct of student-athletes, maintaining positive relations with alumni and friends- groups, game day management (including chaperoning games away from UMW), overseeing team budget and travel, fundraising, program volunteer activities, social media management, assist with planning practices and preparing in game strategies, meet regularly with team officers to discuss goals, progress and improvements.

Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of coaching women's rugby.
- Knowledge of league rules within USA Rugby and/or NCR.

Required Experience:
- Commensurate certification or experience with recruitment of collegiate rugby student-athletes and/or considerable rugby coaching experience.

Additional Considerations:
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
Experience Experience in college recruitment. Experience with collegiate rugby teams.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Commensurate men's and women's rugby certifications
