| The Executive Director of Research Services provides operational oversight of the Pharmaceutical Analysis Core Laboratory (PACL) and supports the research infrastructure of the College of Pharmacy and Health Professions. Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean of Research, this position is responsible for the day-to-day management of PACL operations, shared analytical instrumentation, laboratory compliance activities, equipment management, laboratory budgeting, and personnel supervision. The Executive Director works collaboratively with faculty and research staff to expand utilization of the PACL, develop federal equipment grant proposals, and maintain a high-quality shared research environment. The position also provides operational support for research space management, laboratory compliance, and institutional research reporting in collaboration with the Senior Associate Dean of Research and the College Program Manager. |
