| The Student Success Coordinator supports the mission of the Office of Medical & Student Success through the development, implementation, and coordination of student success initiatives, leadership development programs, career development activities, and student engagement efforts.
This position serves as the primary coordinator for the Advisory Colleges Program and Advisory Colleges Council (ACC), providing oversight and support for ACC student leaders while developing and implementing a longitudinal leadership curriculum designed to cultivate leadership, professionalism, service, and community engagement among medical students.
The Student Success Coordinator collaborates with students, faculty advisors, academic leadership, and campus partners to enhance the medical student experience and promote student success through leadership development, event planning, career development programming, and co-curricular initiatives. This position also assists with academic advising initiatives, student outreach efforts, and other Office of Medical & Student Success programs and events. |
