History Adjunct Instructor Pool AY 26-27	Dallas
The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for the position of History Adjunct Instructor for the 2026-2027 academic year. The successful candidate will be expected to achieve excellence in teaching and to assist in further development of the UNT Dallas History program. Biology Adjunct Instructor Pool AY 2026-2027	Dallas
Adjunct faculty plans classes and implements and evaluates teaching/learning objectives and student learning outcomes. Adjunct faculty undertakes the divisional and professional responsibilities of a part-time faculty member, including office hours. The successful applicant will be expected to provide instruction for General Biology and upper level Biology courses and the associated labs (e.g. Microbiology and the associated lab). Most of these labs are offered in the afternoon or evenings. Instruction for science lecture courses (Earth Science, Environmental Science) for non-majors may also be possible.
Chemistry Adjunct Instructor Pool AY 2026-2027	Dallas
Adjunct faculty plans classes and implements and evaluates teaching/learning objectives and student learning outcomes. Adjunct faculty undertakes the divisional and professional responsibilities of a part-time faculty member, including office hours. The successful applicant will be expected to provide instruction for General Chemistry, Chemistry for non-science majors, and the associated labs. Most of these labs are offered in the afternoon or evenings. Instruction for science lecture courses (Earth Science, Environmental Science) for non-majors may also be possible.
Assistant Professor	Fort Worth
This Assistant Professor will collaborate across UNT Health and affiliated clinical training programs to support curriculum development, faculty development, educational innovation, assessment design, and program evaluation efforts. Responsibilities include the development and facilitation of workshops, longitudinal educational programming, and online learning experiences that support teaching excellence, competency-based education, and learner success across undergraduate and graduate medical education.
Spanish Adjunct Pool 2026-2027	Dallas
The number of vacancies is dependent on student enrollment, division needs, and dean approval. Your application cannot be considered until all required documents have been received. Adjunct faculty develops courses, plans classes, implements and evaluates teaching/learning objective and student learning outcomes. Adjunct faculty undertakes the divisional and professional responsibilities of a part-time faculty member, including office hours. The successful applicant will be expected to provide instruction for online, hybrid and face-to-face classes in Spanish at all levels of proficiency; comply with departmental curriculum, grading standards, attendance policies, textbook choices, semester teaching evaluations, and other established procedures; return college reports, credentials, and other requested documentation in a timely manner; as well as effectively communicate with appropriate staff and the Spanish program coordinator.
