| The Center for Global Justice (CGJ) at Regent Law advances human rights through legal advocacy, education, and research. Programs include Virginia's only pro bono Human Trafficking Legal Clinic, internship programs, student staff initiatives, legislative engagement, and global partnerships.
The CGJ seeks a detail-oriented, mission-driven individual to support daily operations of the Center and its Clinic. This role keeps events, communications, and logistics organized so the legal team can focus on casework and advocacy.
This on-campus position is based in the Regent Law building. The coordinator works alongside law students, faculty, and staff, with occasional opportunities for legislative advocacy in Richmond or court hearings.
Events & Programming: Coordinate logistics for CGJ events including Lunch and Learns, orientations, symposia, and community programming.
Internship & Student Staff Logistics: Support processes for student staff, the intern grant program, Regent Fellows, and Handong program, including application tracking and onboarding.
Communications & Marketing: Draft and schedule social media content using Hootsuite; assist with newsletters through Virtuous; maintain the CGJ website via WordPress; produce materials through Canva.
Office & Financial Administration: Manage supply ordering, expense reports, credit card reconciliation, and donor acknowledgment coordination with Advancement.
Data & Records Management: Maintain CGJ databases, files, and spreadsheets; track clinic stats, course enrollment, and student staff records.
Bachelor's degree (or in progress). Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with or aptitude for social media and digital tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WordPress, Canva, or Hootsuite a plus. Commitment to confidentiality. Alignment with CGJ's mission.
Pay commensurate with experience.
