Campus Safety Officer On Campus
A Campus Safety Officer helps maintain a safe and secure campus learning environments for all by protecting lives, property, and reputation of Colorado College and the greater community, including guests and visitors. Campus Safety functions twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, therefore, a Campus Safety Officer can be assigned to work weekends, holidays, overnight shifts or critical incidents. A Campus Safety Officer supports the day-to-day communication operations, patrol and community service and emergency response efforts throughout campus. This position brings awareness and communicates resources to adhere to the college’s policies. A Campus Safety Officer is expected to have high visibility and engagement within the campus community.
Assistant Director of Housing Operations On Campus
The Assistant Director of Housing Operations is responsible for the daily management of complex housing operations, including room assignments, financial transactions and tracking, and all forms of communication with campus and external partners. The role oversees housing operations for summer conferences and collaborates extensively across the Division of Student Life and other areas of the college to support efficient, effective, and mission-aligned housing processes. This position includes live-on and on-call responsibilities.
Associate Director, Athletics Communications & Social Media On Campus
Provides external and internal communication to support and publicize the Colorado College athletics programs and their student-athletes; represents the college in all dealings with the media at the national, regional, and local levels that cover CC Athletics; directs and coordinates social media strategy and implementation for the department; maintains the press table and statistical crews during events, writes stories and updates results on deadline at the conclusion and posts to website and social media platforms; supervise interns and student workers.
Administrative Assistant On Campus
The Administrative Assistant serves as an integral member of the Chaplain’s Office, which supports spirituality, religious life, contemplative practices, and meaning making within our diverse and pluralistic campus. The Chaplain’s Office focuses on supporting the campus’ holistic and spiritual wellbeing and growth through our programs, spiritual care, and physical spaces with openness, compassion, and attentiveness to honoring diverse spiritual journeys. This part time, 20 hour/week position, supports the Chaplain’s Office mission by providing administrative, organizational, and logistical assistance to the Chaplain and Chaplain’s Office staff.

This role supports the College’s policy governance efforts by assisting with routine policy updates, record keeping, and distribution to ensure policies and procedures remain current, accessible, and well‑organized. Working closely with senior leaders—including the VP/CFO and other administrators—the Specialist supports legal and compliance initiatives by coordinating information, tracking deliverables, and facilitating clear communication for institution‑wide projects.

Collaborate with the Executive Director to lead, direct, manage, and coordinate assigned events independently, exercising discretion and independent judgement. Serve as the Executive Director’s designee in their absence. Lead the development and implementation of digital and video promotional and marketing materials for Ed Robson Arena, including signage and communications, as well as strategic social media plans. Work collaboratively with Executive Director and Assistant Director, Operations to support CC varsity hockey game day operations.
OC Arena Operations/Ice Technician On Campus
