The Supervisor Learning Systems leads the implementation and optimisation of the NSW RFS Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Management System (SMS). The role is responsible for ensuring learning systems, training products and associated processes support organisational capability, meet RTO compliance requirements and deliver an effective user experience for staff and volunteers. Working closely with project teams, vendors and stakeholders across the organisation, the role provides leadership in system configuration, learning governance, change management, quality assurance and continuous improvement to support the successful delivery of training and professional development across NSW RFS.
