CADC Office Manager VCU Main Campus
The Office Manager is responsible for collaborating with Directors on maintaining an organized and safe camp environment. The Office Manager also assists with completing certain administrative tasks during the camp day, such as pick-up and drop-off, assisting with the weekly CADC Exhibition, working with Program Directors with on-site supervision of Extended-Care, taking photos for the CADC Instagram, and prepping student materials. Pre and post camp, CADC Office Manager shares responsibility with the CADC Co-Directors for the set-up and take-down of camp including supply inventory and restoring CADC classrooms and workspaces to their original state. Office Manager are Tier 1 individuals (see Compliance Training).
CADC Extended-Care Teacher VCU Main Campus
Each camp session will have one Extended-Care Teacher who provides extended supervision to students during and after regular pick-up. Extended-Care Teachers are Art Education students with experience managing groups of students. They are to communicate with the Program Directors on their classroom expectations and how to engage with students. At the end of each week, Extended-Care Teachers are responsible for restoring CADC classrooms and workspaces to their original state. Extended-Care Teacher are Tier 2 individuals (see Compliance Training).
MRI Technologist, Stravitz-Sanyal Institute for Liver Disease MCV Main Campus
The Stravitz-Sanyal Liver Institute of Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking an MRI Technologist to join its world-renowned team of Hepatologists, researchers and imaging experts in changing the landscape of liver and metabolic diseases through research. The candidate will have the ability to engage in translational molecular research imaging at our new facility to include a state-of-the art research MRI scanner and equipment. The successful candidate will have experience in general MRI imaging, imaging protocols, MRI safety, and contrast administration. The MRI Technologist will capture and process human research clinical images for the Imaging Center while working within a specialized team utilizing specific hardware and software to deliver high-quality imaging data. They will report to the Manager of Research Imaging with regulatory oversight from the MRI Director. Anticipated start date for May 2026.

Human Resources Generalist VCU Main Campus
The VCU L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs invites applications for a Human Resources Generalist. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Operations, the hire for this position will have general knowledge of applicable policies, procedures and legal compliance, and support multiple HR functional areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee orientations, retention, separation, timekeeping, leave submission; affiliate renewal, professional development and training, performance management, policy document and handbook development, and general guidance on policies, procedures, and regulations. This position will also support Wilder School facility operations as lead building manager, serving as the primary point of contact between the unit and Facilities Management and SRM.
