The Spears School of Business is looking to fill our Coordinator of Graduation Certification position, which is housed in the Chesapeake Energy Business Student Success Center. You will work alongside a dedicated and student-centered team who displays the Power of Personal through every interaction. We are here to support students and their success at OSU and beyond!
This position is a vital part of the Chesapeake Energy Business Student Success Center team, as it coordinates accurate and timely degree audits and graduation checks for all Spears School of Business undergraduate students using Degree Works, which requires detailed and current knowledge of State Regents, University, and Spears School of Business policies and degree requirements. This position manages Degree Works to ensure accurate information for students and advisors, and coordinates with the undergraduate academic advising team to provide accurate information to students in their degree progress. This position coordinates and manages course substitution process, transfer credit evaluation, CPOS, and athlete eligibility and related processes for Spears School of Business undergraduate students in conjunction with appropriate campus partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

Two years related professional work experience in an academic setting.
- Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Ability to produce precise, accurate work, effective communication skills, comfortable with multiple-task work day, ability to recognize and adapt to changing priorities, some basic computer knowledge, willingness to learn new computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and Access helpful.
