About this Position

Spears School of Business is seeking a part-time lecturer in FIN.  The lecturer would be responsible for teaching courses related to FIN.  The role may involve teaching online, hybrid and/or face-to-face courses. The successful candidate should have a strong academic background in business, a passion for teaching, 

Duties include:

• Delivering lectures on their area of expertise.
• Designing and implementing educational activities, assignments, and exams to assess student progress
• Holding office hours for individual assistance
• Adhering to the institution’s academic policies and standards
• Participating in departmental and faculty meetings
• Grading assignments, quizzes, and examinations, and providing constructive feedback to students 
• Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and other required documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's

  MBA, Finance or related field

  (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

• Prior experience working with students.
