Deputy Director - Cloud and Infrastructure Services Stillwater
The Deputy Director will oversee a service-oriented department designed to assist the OSU/A&M System constituents in achieving their goals and objectives through the effective use of technology. This position oversees the operations of the System Administration group for the Stillwater and Tulsa campuses as well as services extended to seven other campuses within the OSU/A&M System. The Deputy Director collaborates with the Department’s Director, ITs Leadership team, the A&M CIO, managers and technical staff in the operational and academic areas on joint projects and shared services. Drives operational effectiveness and efficiency. Focuses on growing and transforming the business. Collaboration efforts include but are not limited to project planning, service delivery, product evaluation, defining expense cost shares, security reviews, and policy.

The Deputy Director will oversee a service-oriented department designed to assist the OSU/A&M System constituents in achieving their goals and objectives through the effective use of technology. This position oversees the Technology Support operations of the Stillwater and Tulsa campuses as well as services extended to seven other campuses within the OSU/A&M System. Technology Support encompasses the Service Desk and Service Management of user-centric tools such as the productivity suite, communication and collaboration, and endpoint device management. The Deputy Director collaborates with the Department’s Director, ITs Leadership team, the A&M CIO, managers and technical staff in the operational and academic areas on joint projects and shared services. Drives operational effectiveness and efficiency. Focuses on growing and transforming the business. Collaboration efforts include but are not limited to project planning, service delivery, product evaluation, defining expense cost shares, security reviews, and policy.

This position oversees the Enterprise IT Administrative Applications operations of the Stillwater and Tulsa campuses as well as services extended to seven other campuses within the OSU/A&M System. The Deputy Director collaborates with the Department’s Director, IT’s Leadership team, the A&M CIO, managers and technical staff in the operational and academic areas on joint projects and shared services. Drives operational effectiveness and efficiency. Focuses on growing and transforming the business. Collaboration efforts include but are not limited to project planning, service delivery, product evaluation, defining expense cost shares, security reviews, and policy.
Computer Specialist I-III Stillwater
The Computer Specialist is an integral role within the College of Arts and Sciences IT department. The position will: Provide creative solutions for technology operations within the College of Arts & Sciences administration, academic departments, instructional computing labs, and multimedia classrooms. Provide analysis, support, and training for technology-related issues to college and department personnel. Technologies supported include Windows, Macintosh, Linux, consumer and professional grade peripherals, and presentation equipment. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Enterprise Systems Administrator II Stillwater
The Enterprise Systems Administrator position has responsibility for system administration and data storage administration in the OSU Information Technology Server Administration Department. This position provides a variety of lead administrative/analyst tasks related to the administration and management of services such as, Active Directory, Azure, Entra, File Shares, Group Policy, Intune, Office 365, RHEL, SharePoint, Security Certificates, SCCM, SQL , CSGold and Windows Server. This position will consult with end users, managers, vendors, and other individuals from Information Technology Services (IT) as well as the University. The individual will participate in incident management, change management, security management and IT Service management processes and procedures. The Server Administration area has responsibilities for technical infrastructure supporting the Oklahoma State University System as well as the A&M institutions under the Oklahoma A&M Board of Regents. The position is expected to work with moderate supervision and have no direct reports. This position will manage more than 1 service independently within the environment. These services are available at the OSU Stillwater campus, the other 4 branch campuses and the A&M institutions. The administrator has the responsibility to maintain sufficient knowledge and skills to improve the services being provided as well as keep up with the day-to-day operations of the services. The Enterprise Systems Administrator follows the lead of senior systems administrators. This position will require On-call responsibilities after hours on a rotational basis through the year.
