Research Integrity Officer Norman
Reporting to the Vice President and General Counsel, the University of Oklahoma-Norman, the Research Integrity Officer (RIO) promotes the responsible conduct of research. The RIO implements federal regulations, sponsors University-wide and OU-Norman policies, provides ethical conduct of research training for university constituents, and develops procedures for managing allegations of research misconduct. Manages Research Misconduct proceedings involving sponsored and non-sponsored research activities for OU-Norman. Responsibilities: Serves as the subject matter expert for research integrity and compliance concerns for OU-Norman Oversees the process of managing allegations of research misconduct involving members of the OU-Norman community, Identifies and develops training, policies, and procedures for OU-Norman pertaining to all aspects of ethical conduct of research and research integrity; establishes and promotes a culture of compliance and integrity. Serves as a representative of the OU-Norman Campus in dealings with governmental agencies related to research misconduct proceedings and on key committees across the University. Regularly collaborates with the Research Security Officer to identify vulnerabilities in the research enterprise related to misappropriation of research and development. Keeps abreast on state laws, federal regulations, and national trends influencing issues related to research integrity/compliance and attends appropriate federal compliance training sessions. Liaises as necessary with key constituents across the entire University -- including, but not limited to, the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost, the Office of the General Counsel, the Office of Compliance, and the Research Integrity Office and RIO for the OU-Health Sciences Center, as well as with individual colleges, schools, centers, and institutes.

Processing and Collections Management Archivist Norman
The Processing and Collections Management Archivist is responsible for processing and managing archival collections held by University Libraries Special Research Collections. This work includes accessioning, arranging, housing, and describing archival collections in accordance with professional standards to support increased collection accessibility and discoverability. Working under the direction of the Coordinator and Senior Archivist, Special Collections Processing Unit, the Archivist creates and edits finding aids in the Library's Archives Space instance. The archivist organizes archival collections stored at the Library Service Center and records collections storage information in the Library Service Center's shelf management software system. The position also pulls and shelves archival boxes at the Library Service Center in a timely manner for daily campus circulation requests. The archivist performs stacks management activities and relocates collections to maximize efficient storage and manages intake of archival supplies. The archivist creates custom archival enclosures and participates in special projects as assigned and trains and guides the work of student assistants and temporary staff as directed.
