We’re seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting physicians and leadership through expert coordination, communication, and operational excellence. This is more than an administrative role—it’s a chance to be a trusted partner, problem solver, and leader within the department.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly while supporting physicians and cross functional teams:
- Manage and maintain physicians’ calendars, prioritizing appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate and schedule departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, securing meeting space, and distributing materials
- Distribute incoming mail and correspondence to appropriate team members
- Facilitate clear, professional communication between physicians, administrative staff, and other departments
- Maintain well organized records and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
You’ll also take ownership of higher level administrative and operational responsibilities, including:
- Organizing and coordinating specialized clerical and administrative functions
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external customers, answering questions, providing information, and resolving concerns
- Establishing and maintaining filing systems, including confidential documents
- Planning and coordinating special projects
- Collecting and disseminating information for internal and external stakeholders
- Performing other related duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
None
Department Preferences:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous administrative experience in healthcare or a medical setting
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
