In this influential position, you’ll help oversee the business, financial, and regulatory engine behind our clinical trials portfolio. From optimizing processes and strengthening compliance to shaping budgets, business plans, and operational strategy, your leadership will directly support the research that transforms patient care. You’ll provide coaching, direction, and support to staff across the department—ensuring excellence in hiring, training, performance, and workflow management. And when your supervisor is away, you’ll step confidently into the lead role, keeping operations running at full strength.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 60 months management/supervisory experience in a related field.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 108 months related experience.  

Required Certifications and Licenses:

If a Nurse or Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner will require a license through the State of Oklahoma.
