What You’ll Lead & Own

  • Travel Coordination — Manage travel authorizations, arrange travel logistics, and support conference registrations for physicians, guest speakers, faculty recruits, and leadership.
  • Policy & Compliance Guidance — Ensure every trip and transaction aligns with institutional, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Cardholder Support — Advise cardholders on allowable expenses, documentation requirements, and best practices.
  • Primary Travel & Reimbursement Contact — Serve as the go to expert for all travel and reimbursement needs.
  • Financial Processing Excellence — Assist physicians and leadership with Concur reports, ERFs, memberships, certifications, and expense submissions — all with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

None

Department Preferences:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous administrative experience in healthcare or a medical setting.
