Position Introduction:
Join the University of Oklahoma's Facilities Management team and help keep our campus running at its best. In this role, you'll assess building systems and operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical solutions that enhance performance and reliability across campus facilities. Working closely with leadership, you'll translate data and insights into strategic improvements that support long-term operational success. - The position description as is reads more towards a back-end heavy systems analyst where really this roll is more of a front- end customer facing analyst roll.
- Serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests submitted via email; triages, tracks, and manages requests through to resolution.
- Identifies and resolves data entry errors within enterprise systems; works directly with end users to correct errors and provide guidance to prevent recurrence.
- Maintains accurate inventory records and coordinates with relevant departments on equipment tracking and deployment.
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption and consistent business processes.
- Participates in delivering end-user training sessions and contributes to team-wide knowledge sharing efforts.
- Performs data entry, transaction processing, and related financial or operational tasks in support of departmental business functions.
- Conducts basic data analysis and reporting using SQL and data visualization tools on an as-needed basis; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Troubleshoots system issues reported by end users, conducting root cause analysis and coordinating with appropriate teams to implement solutions.
- Supports system implementation and transition projects, including documentation, testing, and user communication efforts.
- Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 12 months experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar position.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months related experience.
