Schedule walk-in clients for counseling appointments, as well as being responsive to walk-in crisis/emergency situations
Schedule ADHD/Learning Disorder testing appointments and assist in management of PROS Testing Waitlist
Assist ADHD/Learning Disorder testing clients with initial paperwork, including explaining the paperwork and reviewing paperwork upon completion
Ensure that ADHD/Learning Disorder files are prepared for weekly testing appointments
Give intake paperwork for all first-time appointments
Pick up weekly mail for PROS office
Maintain timely and accurate scheduling in the PROS electronic medical record
Help PROS staff with other assigned administrative duties/projects
Participate in weekly PROS Group Supervision staff meeting, which is scheduled for Thursdays from 10am - 12pm
Attend relevant department, campus, and mental health-related trainings that are attended by the entire PROS staff
