The responsibilities for this position include assisting in the classroom where needed; engaging in highquality interaction with children and families; promoting children’s learning and development; supporting

The Community Assistant (CA) position is an hourly student role that primarily supports the front desk operations in residence hall lobbies and Traditions apartment clubhouses. Community Assistants serve as a key point of contact for residents and guests, providing excellent customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community space. Office Assistants:

A core function of this position is surplus management, requiring documentation of serial numbers and unique identifiers before processing equipment for retirement. A valid Oklahoma Driver’s License (or ability to obtain one within 30 days) and a current Oklahoma electrical journeyman’s license are required.
