| The Personal Training Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Fit+Recs mission by delivering high-quality personal training services and supporting comprehensive wellness programming for the campus community. Under the direction of the Wellness Coordinator, this position blends hands-on personal training with program coordination, staff supervision, and operational support. The role is anticipated to provide 15-25 hours of personal training per week while also leading and supervising all personal trainers through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support. The Personal Training Coordinator collaborates across Fit+Rec to enhance customer service, facilitate educational and health promotion programs, coordinate facility resources and equipment, support data tracking and reporting, assist with budget development, and ensure readiness through emergency action planning and safety training. This position is ideal for a motivated wellness professional who is passionate about leadership, program development, and fostering a safe, engaging fitness environment. |
