Personal Banker

Suncorp Group are looking for a motivated Personal Banker to provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers within our customer channel.

What you’ll do

• Interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the employee’s best interests at heart.
• Provide brilliant interactions to help build the futures & protect what matters for our customers, both face to face and digitally.
• Resolve customers queries first time so that they don’t need to contact us again for the same purpose regardless of the channel where you are serving the customer.
• Contribute to growth across the group

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated experience in a retail customer sales & service environment.
• Technology proficient; with proven experience using different software.
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills –ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written.
• Strong time management, the ability to work autonomously and make effective decisions in a timely manner.
• The ability to listen, build trust/credibility & ask the right questions of your customers.
