  • Provide specialist governance advice on partner management and outsourcing compliance matters


As the Operational Governance Advisor, your goal is to leverage your specialised knowledge to offer personalised guidance to stakeholders, aiding their decision-making processes and potentially influencing the effectiveness of People Operations and HR Partners. It also involves taking proactive steps to enhance processes, support the delivery of strategic initiatives, and to foster the development of skills and expertise within the Operational Governance team.

Additionally, the role serves as a point of escalation for both colleagues and stakeholders and provides support to the P&C Manager, Operational Governance, for matters related to Operational Governance and the business engagement with Strategic Partners.


What you’ll do

  • Offer technical expertise and advice on Operational Governance services, including compliance, commercial engagement, risk assessment, and incident management
  • Provide technical leadership and support peer development and capability building
  • Contribute to People, Culture & Advocacy initiatives and facilitate the operationalisation of services by People Operations and HR Partners
  • Actively engage in risk and incident management, contributing to risk planning and controls
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, streamline standard operating procedures, and support the adoption of technology-enabled solutions
  • Promote a superior customer experience in the tiered service delivery model and advocate for the People Connect brand


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, or Project Management
  • Prior experience in partner governance or risk management is highly valued
  • Strong skills in business partnering, relationship management, commercial acumen, and data-driven insights
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, effective communication, process optimisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
