We are seeking a first-class Internal Review Specialist to join our Personal Injury Team. This team is responsible for resolving Internal Reviews under the Motor Accident Injuries Act (MAIA CTP) claims fairly, transparently, robustly, and promptly.
The Internal Review Specialist (MAIA CTP) supports the efficient and effective operation of the Personal Injury Dispute Resolution Team by conducting independent review functions under the Motor Accidents Injuries Act 2017.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in CTP Claims or Law. It also offers an exciting opportunity for experienced allied health professionals to transition into an insurance role, utilizing their clinical expertise, decision-making, and writing skills.

Conduct independent internal reviews of claims decisions, involving comprehensive review of evidence, identification of relevant legislative provisions, and application of legislative tests to ensure correct outcomes

Qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health, or related disciplines
