About the role

We're looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to drive quality and automation across our Digital and Identity platforms. You'll lead the integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Working across the full SDLC, you'll design and maintain test frameworks, guide best practices, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-assurance outcomes. You'll also mentor and guide peers and influence the overall software engineering operations.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute testing strategies, process improvements and standards for deliverables
• Ensure that the relevant levels and types of testing needed to produce quality software are executed and planned into the delivery lifecycle
• Build quality, automation, and security into CI/CD pipelines through robust test frameworks
• Work with the team to deliver automated and manual tests to meet delivery milestones
• Provide thought leadership in QA practices, and continuously drive improvements
• Coach junior Test Engineer team members

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a test engineer or test lead role
• Good knowledge of various programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python)
• Experience in API automation
• Previous experience in either Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or Aplitool
• Demonstrated support of high availability production systems
• Understanding in all types of testing, (eg. functional, system, integration, regression)
• Experience in mentoring junior Software Test Engineers
