As the People Hub Advisor you will be working within Melbourne Water’s People and Capability’s People Hub team to deliver excellent customer-centric operational services to the broader business on a range of employee lifecycle activities. You’ll be responsible for providing first level advice and triaging for large volume enquiries, these will include onboarding, remuneration, leave, performance, transition, off boarding and general administration.
Your proven time management skills and ability to work within tight timeframes will be highly regarded. As part of the People Hub team you will be acting as the conduit between managers, employees and the HR Business partners to build and maintain strong working relationships and to facilitate a positive employee lifecycle experience for all leaders and employees.

Your ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required together with a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related combination of education and relevant experience and expertise in a HR discipline.
