Reporting to Manager Water Resource System Planning, this is a fixed term, full time role until September 2026 within the Water Resource System Planning team. As the Water Resource Assessment Engineer you will be responsible for:
Based on current water resources available to Melbourne from dams, rivers, and the Victorian Desalination Plant, and considering a range of future water resources options, your modelling and assessment will inform water resources decisions and will assist Melbourne Water to plan for various future supply-demand scenarios.
Although based at Docklands occasional travel to the various Melbourne Water sites and to meet with external stakeholders will be required.
