About The Role

Reporting to the Leasing and Licensing Manager based at our Head Office in Docklands, permanent part time this role is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions and property management activities, with a strong focus on portfolio database management, governance, and the production of reports.

This position plays a key role in identifying and implementing enhancements to the leasing and licensing software system.

About You 

Your Skills and Experience 

  • Intermediate Excel & Microsoft Suite skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve complex issues
  • Well-developed critical thinking and solution driven
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise based on urgency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically minded *experience with CI Anywere or TechOne or similar accounting software highly regarded
  • Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs
  • Able to prepare regular ad hoc reports and review data
  • High level of attention to detail
