This full time dynamic role is based from our Silvan site, however the geographic area extends from the Thomson Dam in Gippsland, through the Dandenong Ranges to central Melbourne and down the Mornington Peninsula. Due to the large amount of travel required for the role you will be supplied with an operational vehicle. As the Waterways and Land Officer for the Mornington Peninsula, you will work with a collaborative team of colleagues based from our South East Regional Office in Bangholme, to maintain and improve the waterways, wetlands and estuaries in the area. You will be guided by the Healthy Waterways Strategy 2018-2028, working to improve the health of waterways by writing up projects, giving grants to landholders, responding to proposed developments near waterways, commissioning ecological investigations and collaborating with other organisations and groups.

Our Lower Yarra Field Delivery team is seeking an experienced People Leader to join our team. The role is based at our Olinda depot in Lilydale and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating critical water supply asset repairs and maintenance, as well as the self-delivery of the region’s civil construction program. The team operates within a 24/7 service environment, providing emergency response services to ensure minimal disruption to customers and to protect the environment and public health.

This exciting 18-month opportunity, reporting to the Manager Sewerage Planning, is a pivotal role within the Service Futures One Water team. As the Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long term, adaptive plans to enable Melbourne Water to appropriately plan and manage opportunities and risks associated with its sewerage service over the medium to long term.

Reporting to Senior Manager Enterprise Risk & Compliance this is a pivotal role within the Enterprise Risk & Compliance. As the Risk Specialist Operations, you will be responsible for contributing to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework.

This 12-month opportunity is pivotal for developing and implementing plans to enable Melbourne Water to appropriately manage opportunities and risks associated with its sewerage services over the long term. This nine month fixed term contract will be based from our Brooklyn office, and will be reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Lead NW. As the Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective scheduling and coordination of Maintenance related activities by Melbourne Water’s delivery and operational teams. You will also ensure continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity, whilst working collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory and financial objectives.

Reporting to the Reporting & Data Lead, this is a pivotal role within the Asset Knowledge & Technology team. As the Data Officer you will be responsible for:  Maintenance and update of Water Supply, Sewer, Reclaim, Land Services including Electricity (incl Solar), Telecom, and Gas, and Geotechnical asset data in Esri GIS, and Maximo AMIS. Create new & update existing Water Supply sketch plans, review changes issue sketch plans to WS Operators. Maintenance of Land Services Data Sets including Electricity (including Solar), Telecom, Gas assets within Melbourne Water. Maintenance of associated metadata including RedEye drawing metadata, ensuring its accuracy and completeness Resolution of any data integrity errors identified in Water Supply, Sewer, Reclaim, Land Services and Geotechnical asset data. Data Administration of P&ID’s across multiple asset types / classifications in conjunction with Melbourne Water’s P&ID and CAD Standards.
