About the role
In this role, you will:
- Create, empower and challenge team to deliver outstanding and successful project performance and HSEQ
- Provide leadership to employees through proactive management of key employee drivers such as industrial relations issues, absenteeism, motivation, change and performance management
- Explain HSE expectations to direct reports and ensure they understand and deliver to their HSE accountabilities
- Establish and maintain a harmonious client relationship to assist project delivery and enhance client satisfaction
- Manage relationship to subcontractors to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, cost & quality
- Plan, direct & control the flow of work for a mining project including estimating time, budget, reporting & mining schedules
- Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholders interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project No disruption to project from local community
About you
- Graduate from Bachelor degree in Engineering/Mining or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years previous experience in construction & Engineering/Mining (Coals)
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction/mining management principles and practices.
- Has experience in Client relations
- Has a good understanding of Subcontract management & project management
- Able to communicate in English (written and oral)
- Certified in POP, POM, and POU
