Head of FX & Money Market Operations

In the role of Head of Foreign Exchange and Money Market Operations role you will join a Market and Trade Operations team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
- Deliver process and control improvements with demonstrable increases in service efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all required NAB policies, procedures and standards including integrity requirements
- Resolve customer issues and events and taking steps to ensure mistakes are not repeated
- Inspire and manage ~ 30 FTE to deliver a stress free and seamless customer and colleague experience
- Monitor customer feedback and service delivery to assess future opportunities
- Deliver and manage the operational requirements and outcomes of the team to the agreed metrics/objectives
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive operational Banking/Financial Services experience
- Deep understanding of Foreign Exchange and Money Market products, processes and risks
- Proven Leadership experience to inspire, engage and lead a large team to deliver high performance business outcomes
- Customer driven and commercial approach to business in a results focused environment
- Proven experience in business transformation delivery and managing a variety of business priorities concurrently
- Strong, effective communication, problem solving, prioritisation and influencing skills
