In the role of Senior Product Designer, you will join the Business Transactional Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession. Your primary focus will be on improving the banker experience to better support customers. 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead and own design projects focusing on dashboard experience
• Conduct user/customer research and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
• Create prototypes to communicate, test and validate design concepts. Use feedback to refine designs and improve usability.
• Apply the principles of inclusive design to create products and services that are accessible by everyone.
• Contribute to, use and evolve the nab design system to maintain consistency and efficiency for nab digital assets.
• Communicate, present and visualise design insights, ideas and concepts to stakeholders and partners, providing user centred insights to support design decisions.
• Act as a coach to more junior team members, providing guidance, sharing best practice and helping to advance their skills.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Extensive experience working as a product designer with experience across interaction design
• Experience being a Systems thinker - working through end-to-end experiences and use cases
• Strong experience working in Agile, using agile tools & methods
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Preferred experience in defining and maintaining a design system
• Strong collaborator, being able to work with various domains and both technical and business stakeholders
