In the role of Senior Agribusiness Manager in Albany WA, you will join as passionate team that’s putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Be responsible for pro-active management of Agribusiness relationships providing fully integrated solutions, and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management.
- Take on a portfolio and continue to grow a diverse makeup of premium businesses that will provide a unique opportunity to manage complex enterprises and professional relationships.
- Use your business development and relationship management skills, to provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers.
- Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, utilising your strong commercial acumen, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- You have previous experience with Agribusiness, deal structuring and credit writing/assessment of large complex transactions.
- Exceptional financial acumen and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated track record in sales and growth and passionate about business development.
- Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services
- Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
