About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Warrnambool Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of contract documentation including invoices, credit notes; and maintaining contract data in the Company's business system. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate monthly reports and submissions on key initiatives and operations.
- Respond to inquiries and proactively resolve issue concerning compliance. projects, and invoicing.
- Monitor supplier performance and in relation to compliance deliverables (ie certificates, ITP and other documentation) as well as invoicing codes.
- Provide advice to contact leaders to support decision-making, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage administrative and documentation processes associated with suppliers.
- Liaise with Contract Manager, Facility Co-ordinators and suppliers to ensure timelines, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Collect, review and present contract data (ie SSI, Recalls, Cancellations and I&Rs) to measure performance, and support continuous improvement solutions.
About You
To thrive in this role, ideally you will have previous experience within a administration role, a ‘can-do’ attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for ‘top-notch’ service delivery. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Have work experience in a similar role, with exposure to high volume data entry and invoicing
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Maximo 7.5 is preferred
- Appropriate qualifications in Accounting/Business – Diploma (highly desired)
- Excellent communication skills
