The Suburban Connect consortium, comprising CPB Contractors, ACCIONA and Ghella, have been selected by the Victorian Government to deliver the first major tunnelling package on the Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East project.

The package includes construction of a 16-kilometre section of the project’s twin tunnels, including tunnelling between Cheltenham and Glen Waverley, 55 safety cross passages between the tunnels, station boxes at Clayton and Monash and the construction of portals – the entrances and exits to the tunnels – at the stabling facility.

About the Opportunity:

Join our team as a Document Controller with us and you will be the key to contributing to the effectiveness of project/s by providing effective document and data control services that ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected and filed.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Implementing document control processes.
  • Ensure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirements.
  • Implement workflows and collate, issue and receive documents in accordance with project requirements for the development, review and approval of design documentation and all other procedures, instructions, product certification and records that are subject to review and approval.
  • Record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors and the project office.
  • Record issues and track location of control documents and drawings.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years minimum experience in the related field.
  • Solid document control experience within any industry, infrastructure experience is preferred 
  • Advance knowledge of Aconex, TeamBinder or Incite Keystone would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of project management systems and processes is essential
