What can our organisation build for you?
Based in Perth and reporting to the Human Resources Manager – WA, SA & NT, the Training Manager will ensure sound training & development practices are implemented across the business unit (“BU”), including onboarding & inductions, assisting with tenders & bids, working with external providers for training compliance, vacation student and graduate program coordination, developing programs to support blue collar workforce and supporting our projects in training delivery as well as other organisational development initiatives.
We are looking for someone with
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in training administration, delivery and / or development
- Experience in applying National Training and Competency Frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions to organisational issues
- Demonstrated industry experience, specifically in required competencies, certifications, licensing requirements and certification organisations
- Diploma / degree qualified in Business, Education / Adult Learning, Organisational Psychology / Development, or related discipline
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (Desirable)
