The Project
CPB Contractors, in Alliance partnership with Sedgman, SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project, involving construction of a new primary crusher, a 12-kilometre overland conveyor, radial stacker, and associated stockpiling systems, with a capacity of 30Mtpa. The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country, approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Works are commencing now and will go through until mid-2026.

Your Opportunity

We have opportunities for experienced Commissioning Manager to join our team.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Relevant experience in construction completions and commissioning at a senior level within the resources sector and multidisciplined organizations
- Manage teams from conception to final completion across project life cycle.
- Developing and reviewing commissioning planning and completions monitoring progress to ensure all elements of the project are on schedule and within budget; taking corrective action as required.
- Ensuring commissioning is undertaken in accordance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
- Develop procurement strategies and efficiently manage the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers with the designated area / discipline.
- Demonstrated commercial experience to include project planning through full project life cycle.
- Leadership, Team building and coaching.
