The Opportunity:

With an exciting pipeline of projects on the horizon, CPB Contractors are recruiting experienced Document Controller for upcoming opportunities throughout Townsville, QLD.

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Implementation and management of Document Controls procedures.
  • Managing the registration, identification and distribution of documentation.
  • Ensure compliance to CMS requirements for Quality and Document Control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

What are we looking for you to bring to the team:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Document Control position.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Document Control position, preferably within the Construction industry.
  • Previous experience with SharePoint, Aconex and/or Team binder preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management systems and processes experience in a project environment.
  • Technical competency and / or detailed understanding in document control process.
